Frequently asked questions about subscriptions
How do I order?
The easiest way is to fill out the questionnaire, it will let me confirm you are in my delivery area. I will send you a note with how/when/where to pay. You can also message me on Facebook, instagram or email [email protected]
Can I change what day of the week my flowers are delivered?
If you will not be home on delivery day we can deliver to your neighbor or you can pause your subscription for that week. Please give me 24 hours notice.
When do I pay?
You pay for the entire subscription at one time, upfront. If you need to pause your subscription, your subscription will continue one week past your initial subscription date. If you need to cancel your subscription at any time, no worries! I will need at least 24 hours notice before your delivery date for any pause or cancelation. In case of cancelation, you will be refunded the remaining weeks minus any credit card or paypal fees ( generally 3-5%) 
How do I care for the flowers.
The easiest way to care for your flowers is to keep them out of direct sun and refresh their water every day. But lets be honest, I MAYBE add water every other day! Most of the flowers should last 5-9 days if water is changed everyday. Sweet peas and Dahliahs tend to last 3-5 days. Some flowers will last even longer and some of the greens will last weeks!  
Can I visit the farm? 
​At this time no.  We live on a private road so we don't want to disrupt our wonderful neighbors.  We may eventually have a once a year garden tour, stay tuned!
